How to order
For orders, please email sales@chongololoart.co.uk with your order requirements and quantity; delivery address and contact details.If you need information on our products, you can contact us on either 01442 260167 or 07980 995619.
You will receive a reply, acknowledging receipt of your order, and to confirm the total amount payable to include post and packaging.


Payment
Please make cheques payable to Chongololo Art Ltd. All deliveries will be despatched on receipt and clearance of cheque payment.

Postage, Packing and Delivery
At the present time we only despatch to the UK and Ireland. Postal costs vary dependent on the size and weight of your order. We will advise
you of the postal charge on receipt of your order.

UK - Postage and packing is free on orders totalling £50 or more.
Ireland - Postage and packing is free on orders totalling £75 or more.

We currently despatch using the following service providers - Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service.

Terms and Conditions
1. We will endeavour to dispatch your goods as soon as your cheque has cleared. If there is going to be a delay we will contact you either by
phone or email.

2. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased please ensure that you return them to us within 7 days of receipt
quoting your order reference number. We are happy to provide a refund for returned items as long as they arrive back in their original
condition with any relevant packaging unopened. It is advisable to gain proof of postage as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

a) We must receive the returned goods at the address shown on your invoice.
b) The goods must not have been used or opened. they must be in a resaleable condition. Goods are double checked before despatched and
therefore double checked on return.

3. Where non faulty goods have been returned that formed part of an order eligible for free post and packing, and the total order amount now falls
below the threshold, a refund will be given LESS the postage charge that would have been applied.

4. If your goods are damaged or faulty then please contact us within 7 days. We will advise how to return the items and will pay for the postage
cost. We will also refund or replace the goods as requested.
